DTC to supply "treasure chests" to foster children.
When children are removed from their homes by the state, they enter foster care alone and without any "stuff." DTC wants to make the transition for these kids a little bit easier. We are collecting items and bags to create "treasure chests" for children who enter foster care. We are in need of backpacks, cosmetics, (shampoo, toothpaste and brushes), journals, stuffed animals, new clothes, etc. Contact laurie@debbiestreasurechest.org for more info.
MYSA kids help DTC!!
The Methuen Youth Soccer Association will help kickoff our treasure chest drive by donating backpacks to DTC during the Spring 07 season.
St. Theresa's Softball
St. Theresa's Softball league kicks off its season helping to stock Debbie's Treasure Chest. At opening day, players will be donating special items for "treasure chests."
